By downloading or using Rituals: Habit Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About the app
Rituals: Habit Tracker is a personal productivity app designed to help you build and track daily habits. It is developed and operated by Soulful Web Studio.
Purchase and payment
Rituals is available as a one-time paid download on the Apple App Store. By purchasing the app you receive a lifetime licence to use it on any iOS device associated with your Apple ID.
There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Rituals on your iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not allow you to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any commercial purpose
- Share your account with other people
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Since Rituals uses Apple Sign In, your account security is tied to your Apple ID. We recommend keeping your Apple ID secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your content
The habits and data you create in Rituals belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the app’s functionality to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rituals in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interferes with the normal operation of the app
- Attempts to reverse engineer or compromise the app’s security
Disclaimer of warranties
Rituals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We recommend maintaining your own records of important information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulful Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rituals, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Rituals shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the app.
Changes to the app
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rituals at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rituals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
